Client Terms and Conditions.
Refund Policy: All deposits are non-refundable. If events are cancelled, deposits can be used for future events or session appointments.
There is a $30 fee for all bounced checks.
I know how important it is to help out with finances so we can get creative! But...All payment plans require a credit card on file. Any missed payments without prior arrangements or contact from client will result in immediate cancellation of participation.
My Promise to You: All client financial and personal information is kept in the strictest of confidence at all times and locations. No personal information is ever shared with third parties.
Your Promise to Me and Others: What happens at Lotus Moon events stays at Lotus Moon events. Sometimes very personal things are shared at our workshops, retreats and classes and privacy and confidentiality is implied and expected. Please respect that and you will always be welcomed back!
Appointment Cancellation: You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without forfeiting that appointment. I know there will be exceptions to that rule...emergencies don't count but we'll take that as it comes. I will agree to give you 24 hours if I need to rearrange and you agree to do the same and it's all good!
Contact between sessions...I am available for touching base via texts or emails between sessions or workshops and my policy is to get back to you within 24 hours...usually it's sooner than that but keep in mind that there could be many reasons I don't get immediately back to you; I may be in session, I may be with family or I may be teaching a workshop so I ask for patience...I promise to get back to you as soon as is possible!
